Constitutional Committees

Constitutional Committees members are usually comprised of former Executive Committee members and their membership is pre-determined by the succession of executive positions.

Nominating

This committee selects the nominees for the several elective offices and reports to the membership during the annual meeting. This committee is chaired by the Immediate Past President.

Budget

This committee conducts an audit of the Associations funds and reports to the membership at the annual meeting. The membership of this committee is the Immediate Past President, the current Treasurer, and the committee is chaired by the President.

Archives

This committee is responsible for maintaining an accurate and updated history of the Association.

Council of Past Presidents

This council will address issues, do special projects assigned to the President, serve in an advisory capacity to the Executive Committee, and will serve as a Constitutional Review Committee. The council will consist of all active past presidents. It will be chaired by the Immediate past President and the current President will serve as recording secretary.
