Exhibitor and Sponsorship Options

The Florida Higher Education Summit encourages partnership arrangements between FACRAO, FCRAO, SUS Data Administrators, the Florida DOE and private businesses and corporate enterprises.

Businesses are afforded the opportunity to participate with the Summit in a variety of professional activities, allowing greater interaction and participation by the business partner with the members of the associations.

There are several levels of participation and options. Each business can choose which level best fits its corporate style and objectives. The partnership arrangement is for a period of one year and can be renewed annually, should both partners wish to continue the arrangement.

Levels of Participation

Exhibitor $500 – 6/7, 6/8 and 6/9 exhibit dates

Includes two paid registrations, a half page insert in each attendee packet, introduction to attendees at the FACRAO Town Hall meeting and exhibit table.

Corporate Sponsor Level $1500

Includes three paid registrations, opportunity to present at one of the FACRAO sessions, a full page insert in each attendee packet, exhibit table with priority choice of exhibit hall location, when possible, introduction to attendees at the FACRAO Town Hall meeting, announcement on FACRAO website, recognition in pre-registration packets and annual program, and contact list of all Summit attendees.

Two Big Events - Event Sponsor $2500 – 2 available

Sponsorship of one of the two “BIG” social events, recognition of sponsorship at the event, in Annual Program and on a display board at the event – over 225 guests. Recognition in pre-registration packets, announcement on FACRAO website, and contact list of all Summit attendees.

FACRAO/FCRAO Presidents’ Reception $3000

Sponsorship of Sunday night social cocktail event, recognition of sponsorship at the event, in Annual Program and on a display board at the event – over 140 guests. Recognition in pre-registration packets, announcement on FACRAO website, and contact list of all Summit attendees.

Breakfast Sponsor $2000 – 2 available

Sponsorship of one of the breakfasts during the summit, recognition of sponsorship at the event, in Annual Program and on a display board at the event. Recognition in pre-registration packets, announcement on FACRAO website, and contact list of all Summit attendees.

Break Sponsor $2000 – 4 available

Sponsorship of one of the breaks during the summit, recognition of sponsorship at the event, in Annual Program and on a display board at the event. Recognition in pre-registration packets, announcement on FACRAO website, and contact list of all Summit attendees.

Host a Hospitality Suite Reception $1000 – 2 available

Sponsorship of one of the special Penthouse floor receptions during the summit, display space available in lobby as elevator doors open on Penthouse Floor, in Annual Program and on a thank you display board at the event. Recognition in pre-registration packets and announcement on FACRAO website.

Sponsor FISEM Speaker $400 – 1 speaker

NEW! 2010 Higher Education E-NewsLine Advertisement $500

FACRAO is launching a new communication tool to members and allied organizations in the form of an E-NewsLine publication. This quarterly online journal will enable organizations to raise their profile beyond conference and stay connected throughout the year. Discounts are available for multiple issues for a 200 x 600-pixel banner advertisement.
