Dear FACRAO and FCRAO Members
Are there topics that you want to learn about so you can do your job better? Has there been regulation or policy changes that you would like to discuss or hear about in a forum of your peers? We will be sending out a communication soon and when we do please respond and if possible include possible topic experts that we can reach out to when we call for proposals.
The Summit Planning Committee is excited to host the 7th Annual Florida Higher Education Summit at Hilton Clearwater Beach. This is a beautiful beach side resort with excellent conference facilities and is located in an area filled with family friendly activities.

It is our desire to make improvements each year and offer sessions that provide the most value attendees. We received great feedback from Summit 2014 attendees and after considering the many comments and recommendations we would like to respond in part by offering a wider assortment of session topics for conference attendees at the upcoming Summit.
The below list of recommended topics from last year attendees is a good start, but with your help we hope to grow the list into a comprehensive list of possible session topics. Suggested session topics from last year attendees include the following:
- Documenting employee performance (HR)
- Immigration issues, undocumented students
- Back to the basics, new staff 101
- Financial Aid
- Certification of veterans
The Summit Planning Committee's goal is to offer the best possible opportunity for professional development at Summit 2015 but we need your assistance to learn about what session topics would be of most value to you. We will be sending out a communication soon and look forward to feedback from FACRAO and FCRAO members.
