At this session, they will talk about how small touches of hospitality and service excellence can make for big wins in creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections with those that we serve in our work in higher education. Stephanie and Peyton will share how their experiences as service industry employees has shaped how they approach service in higher education and provide some examples to help you in brainstorming taking the service you provide to the next level.
