Cultivating an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion can be challenging. This session is an introductory overview on diversity and inclusion, where the presenters provide key definitions and examples of important terms related to these concepts. Participants joining this presentation will be provided an outlet to encourage healthy discussions and interactions between diverse audience members. The session is interactive and relies on audience participation so we can learn from each and discuss ways to develop a culture that encourages respect and inclusion.
